GREST offers a 6-month warranty on every mobile purchased from us starting from the date of the invoice.
The 6-month warranty covers any issue in the phone that is not as intended or designed.
Please Note:
The warranty applies exclusively to products bought from Lion Mobiles and is applicable to the individual named on the invoice. It is non-transferable between devices and becomes void if the device is sold or transferred to another person.

Forward your phone number, order number, or IMEI Number to info@lionmobiles.com for verification purposes.

How do I return my order?
The process of returning your phone is simple. Should you be dissatisfied with your phone or wish to return it, kindly send it back within 7 days of the delivery date. Please ensure that the entire package is returned within this 7-day timeframe. Just place all items back in the box and ship it back to us.

Our return policy includes a 7-day money-back guarantee, provided that the phone is returned in the same condition as when purchased.
