Returns, Refund & Cancellation Policy

We appreciate your recent purchase and sincerely hope it meets your expectations. However, if you find yourself dissatisfied for any reason, we are happy to offer you the option of returning the item for a full refund, store credit, or exchange. Kindly refer to the following details outlining our return policy:

1. RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within seven days of the original purchase date. The returned items should be in unused condition, complete with all original tags and labels attached.

2. RETURN PROCESS

To begin the return process, please reach out to our customer service team at info@lionmobiles.com to acquire a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once you have obtained the RMA number, securely package the item in its original wrapping along with the proof of purchase. Subsequently, send your return to the address provided below:

We will reimburse return shipping charges up to INR 100/-. Additionally, please send an email with the subject line mentioning your RMA#, including a video of the issue encountered. We recommend recording a video during the product's unboxing to avoid any discrepancies.

3. REFUNDS

Upon receiving and inspecting your returned package, we will proceed with processing your return or exchange promptly. Should any discrepancies arise during inspection, we will promptly notify you.

Please allow up to seven (7) days from the receipt of your item for us to complete the return or exchange process. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to reflect on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card provider.

4. CANCELLATION

Any Order can be canceled within 12 hours of its purchase or before its dispatch whichever is earlier.

Refunds will be initiated within 7 days of the cancellation of the product.

5. EXCEPTIONS

For any defective or damaged products you receive, please contact us using the details below to arrange for a refund or exchange. Valid proof of defect or damage, supported by appropriate videography, must be shared with us. We recommend recording a video during the unboxing process. Failure to provide valid proof may result in the refund not being initiated.
